Erin MillsTown Centre will donate space for:
- not-for-profit organizations
- charitable events.
Space is allocated on a first-come basis to qualifying certain organizations. If you would like to request space in the Erin Mills Town Centre for your charitable event, please send a written request as indicated below. In your letter, please provide the following:
- Information about your organization.
- The nature of your onsite activity including a description of booth setup, signage, etc. (Please note that Erin Mills Town Centre provides complimentary use of a skirted 6 or 8 ft. table).
- Your preferred dates.
- Your charitable number.
- The name of your contact person and where to reach him/her.
